When making levels it seems sometimes that we need to insert one or more flat horizontal layers between two layers , and we have to essentially remake the entire level just to get it done.

It would much easier for the level builders , if we could select top to down layers and lift them up while keeping contents intact .

I thought about hiding it's easy to implement , but lifting the layers up would give quite a lot of freedom where u have a choice to craft your level irrespective of the layer hieght, level builders know how annoying the thing is.

Or be able to assign a block an editor number, and a scroller at the top would show which objects will show up depending on their number.
