@Frequent fly3r Just go to the User Levels section and click the Add Level button. Upload your level into a category or create an album of your own and add it there.

You can also edit the title and description of your uploaded level.

@AelJerzhee - to answer your question, it's more up to you and how you want to allocate your time. It's really personal, but my preference would be to hold off until someone asks for hints.

As a player, I feel more pride in finishing a level when there are no hints - even despite the fact that I almost never look at hints. I think it's human nature also to try harder when there is no easier path.

Oh okay, coz I just notice that people get more interested on the level if there's a spoiler. I don't know. :)

As @nGord said, it's up to you. I'd say that if your level has some kind of trick that's not well known or not very intuitive, it could be appreciated, then again, some players will probably like the challenge of figuring out everything by themselves...
