I will say yes.

I think VS is important for every author as players want to compare with the intended solution!

I agree with all above. When I play a level, sometimes I need help and a VS is the ultimate help, as I can just stop it whenever I get to where I was stuck.

Also, players can better communicate with creators and the whole feedback process helps people improve.

Thanks for replies, Sorry I couldn't catch you earlier. I have some levels but feeling lazy to record VS for them.
