I hate to burst your guy's bubble, but what you're calling emojis are actually emoticons: "An emoticon is a typographic display of a facial representation, used to convey emotion in a text only medium." "Emoji are ideograms and smileys used in electronic messages and web pages. They are much like emoticons, but emoji are actual pictures instead of typographics."
