Trammel of Archimedes

This machine is called a Trammel of Archimedes, also known as a useless machine. [Note: this level is not easy as it requires fine control over a sometimes balking mechanism.]

      @Khudrat Had to figure out how to do it, but this was a nice opportunity to do that. Not my first attempt on playing the level!

      • For the turn at 1:35 you need a bit of luck, probably should have placed some more/better guide blocks there.
      • For both ball pushes, you need to be quick after B leaves the arm. If the mechanism jams in those two cases, you'll have to restart.
      • At 3:00 I take the long way around with the arm. This is to not run the risk of B stepping of the stairs (on the way back) because the arm happened to be below it while you turn it.

      :mad: This could have been a 6-star level, but the mechanism was really quirky so I decided to give it just 5. :rolleyes: Gameplay itself is actually straightforward as it's built around the mechanism and there were no other tricks, but to control the trammel you need to be very precise (otherwise R won't do what he's supposed to do). He also falls off the level easily if the grid is slightly off. The sliding blocks could get stuck when you have to make a quick move :eek:

      Anyhow, nice mechanism (although not quite suitable for an R bot) and impressive effort! :rolleyes:

      Spectacular level of logic and above all skill:eek: .... it took me a while to control the mechanism (I am a very nervous person and with little patience jajaja:p) but in the end I have achieved:sneaky: ... Very good job @Block builder

      Reviewing the history, all genius had always a failure. And I found yours... ;)
      It's an amazing level with a really complex mechanism, but... it is not smooth, R is very unstable, etc, etc...
      After annoying hour and a half I finally solved it, so add me to the Trammel Hall of Fame. :cool:
