I used the first trick same as video and a crucial R step was the same but otherwise my gameplay was different. At 1:06 i used low ceiling rather than autopilot and at 2:06 I decided to go with the other direction for the ball as i could see a gameplay and it worked.

Spoiler: Variation

to get B up top i put B on the ball now on a draggable and lifted. Ball stayed in place and used it to get back down also.

Tight area, tight timing at the beginning... uuhhmmm, very enjoyable tricky moves... thanks for sharing @Meko Guy
