@TR O Hmm.. I don't know how it works for you. No matter how fast or slow I move it, B gets Zapped.

Here's the more stable method I tried to describe above:

Essentially all you have to do is to NOT step onto the blue block until the very last move -- which means you'll have to keep B at different safe spots while you're shifting the draggables into their correct positions. Note that before you finally send B onto the blue block, you have to make sure he won't be zapped from the left side (doing so will increase the total move count further).

If you manage to create such a setup, the only move that may get you accidentally zapped would be the very last move (indicated by the blue arrow). If you're lucky enough you may still fall onto the Win after being zapped from behind (which won't make much difference at that point as you've already completed the intended pathway).
