Spoiler: You need to cross to the other side

Use the bridge

If you pull the draggable with the yellow arrow, the bridge with the green arrow will move and you can turn it with the mechanism with the orange arrow. You'll need to pull it again so B can cross.

Thanks @sawdust! Yes, the last trick is a tiny bit hidden but I didn't change it precisely because I was able to pull it and it wasn't so difficult...

Lower the bridge as mentioned in the previous hint, then pull it move so B can crossed it. Here's an image:

That way you go to the back.
