A few hints:

R has trouble pushing the ball if he is on stairs because his posture is too low. But if his brother B is behind him he may stand up straight.

B and R used to take diving lessons! Both sides of the roof can be used to dive into the water... or perhaps onto something else.

Water doesn't rise in mekorama, so I don't get the urgency. The double use got me for a while, nice puzzle.

Not often a fall off a roof is enjoyable. Nice design.

My problem was, R wouldn't dive on the side that I wanted. B even went up to force it but nothing. After 5 restarts, B tried another push and that worked but B missed landing on R. Another restart and this time the 2nd ball wouldn't fall, B was there but R wouldn't extend legs??, another restart, same, another restart, this time a two LUCKY DIVEs to the win.

Spoiler: Diving (caution, solution here)

I think you were trying to get R to dive toward the front of the level in the screenshot? R is supposed to dive off the back onto B, and he'll walk to the other side. Then B can dive off the front onto R.

Once you understand how the trick affects each robot the solution is pretty obvious. Very nice logic level. Thanks!

The trick to push R with B to have him stand straight and push the ball isn't always consistent, however, sometimes R pushes it without help so it's not a big deal.

@Star Penguin - No B pushed R off and then leaped onto R and walked up to the win. That I guess wasn't the intended way?

@meko I've been going back and forth trying to decide between sideways stairs and sideways wedges to make the corners of the level inaccessible. I guess you would prefer wedges to stairs?

@gmacpro No, that wasn't the intended way. The trick only works for each bot in one direction, although apparently you can make it work in both directions with a bit of luck.
