Claustrophobia vertical extended?

    I have been going thru the Facebook levels. On the 14th page, Kickers Palace 2 by @Chasano222, the 1st move in VS by PB is called, by builder, claustrophobia vertical extended. My PB does not go up. He hangs there, upside down. I've encountered this before & never have completed the move.
    1st question, have updates made this obsolete?
    2nd, if this is still a valid move, what is the correct term and/or other terms for this?

    Yes, after the updates that move no longer worked. I kept an older version of Mekorama on my device just to play Kickers Palace and a few other favorite classic levels.
