It has taken me an incredible amount of time but I have finally solved this puzzle. I only saw the large number of spoilers after I had completed the level and many of them were actually confusing.

Spoiler: Alternative solution?

I did not use the balls to reach the end and I also did not manage to land B on the patch of grass. Instead, I managed to send B to the "basement" and -after numerous tries- reached the end at the same level. I guess this is not the designed solution? In retrospect, this is a very difficult but excellent puzzle.

How did you get to the basement as it may have been the intended solution?

No, I did not remove my rating but I also did not see it.
I am confused. Are you (gmacpro) not the creator of this level? And you are asking me for the intended solution? Anyway, I will try to explain what I have done.

Spoiler: Alternative or intended solution

After knocking down the second ball, which is placed on the grey cylinder, I placed B next to the small stairway and forced him up the stairs by means of the rotating "arm". B then jumped the stairs again and landed one block too far (in a hole). He appears to have landed on the long stairs. B went down the stairs, made a left turn and ended in the basement. The next problem was to get him off the stairs and on the floor of the basement. Once B is on the floor of the basement, there is another little stairway and B used it to get to the end.

The system did not allow me to rate this level again because I had already rated it. I have updated the initial rating (5 stars because the puzzle is excellent) but nothing is visible! I see no stars and I give up.

@GFJ I think you can just click on the number of stars you want to rate at the top of the page. It's just separate from you comment then.

@GFJ - I am the creator and your explanation was great. You didn't do it the intended way but your efforts gave your B a win so good for you.

Spoiler: Unintended solution

I do not precisely remember how I got B onto the floor of the basement. It was a matter of running up and down the stairs and -suddenly- B landed on the floor. It took a long time and I may not be able to do it again. The problem is that you cannot clearly see what you are doing.
I have not yet found the intended solution. How do I autopilot B to the patch of grass?

Tap inside the hole below the lift (slider where the grass is), B will go to that spot, before B gets there, move the slider down to where you tapped, B will get on the lift, slide lift up and voila on the grass area.

Okay, so you lucked in getting to the basement as I did have measures to prevent B from getting to the basement with the long stairs.

Bufff, finally solved. I found last step extremely complex... I arrived to it after discarding other more logical options. Thanks!
