Dcided to have fun zapper bot tossing instead.

Although I first finished it with one of the shortcuts documented by @ridgerunner I also played the full designed path and it was really fun... thanks!

I did it going to the lower zone from the first square,then I went up in the second square and then with the correct timing I was able to reach the win point...Is that your intended solution?
