   Why won't R step off pillR here? Isn't pillR the same height as the metal blocks?
   
   If you replace R with B, no problem!
   If you place stairs on the metal blocks, R will step off pillR.

   Here's another: R will step on, but won't step off. At least, not on the version of the game on my device.

   Yes, this is the same behavior as previous versions of the game (1.4.6 at least). P is a little taller than the block there. R will step up to a little higher level, but not down. See what happens when you put one block higher where R should get off there.
