Mekorama level so big that it can't fit in a QR code?

    I'm wondering whether a Mekorama level is so big that it can't fit into a QR code actually exists, and if it exists, what does it look like?
    I know that QR codes have a limit on how many data it can store, and I've seen Mekorama levels with "big" QR codes where the QR code had to be scaled down just to fit into the card.
    An example of "big" QR codes of Mekorama levels are The Chase by Chuckthulhu:

    I'm really curious to see whether such level exists, and even more curious to see what it looks like if one exists.
