Block Combinations Eyes with motors

I was making a level. I’ve made something like cogwheel. Idk why, I put an eye there. BOOM! It started to vibrate crazily. I’ve done something (see in photo). As i built something other, IT AFFECTED “SOMETHING” TO ACT DIFFERENTLY. I really don’t know why is that happening. But that means we can do some interesting things with eyes I was making a level.
