Page 4 is not a Pay Page, it's a Donate page .. you can choose what to donate whenever you like, and as often as you like.

But I'm pretty certain that you will soon come to appreciate what Martin has provided for free, to the point that you will indeed donate - even several times once you get into it deeply enough.

According to one of the @Martin Magni 's comment in FB featured level page:
"I know exactly what you mean. I've done some experiments, and have a potential solution. Only time and money is lacking. "

That would make some of the story levels much easier; Martin might want the trick of the levels back :/
