The last two levels i have uploaded have produced the same fault. They start off normal then the viewing angle slowly rotates then B shoots off like a rocket with smoke trailing and the win is triggered. What on earth is happening. Using 1.4.5 My ipad seems normal with other apps.

Awww. B's contrail looks cool though, like in the beginning of the first ever original level and the last one.
No need. The point was that the animation of the 50th level was triggered on another built game but the developpers of the game are aware of the bug now
