@DDT Popper - I'm also confused by what you're trying to say is a weird texture. I played with your example upload and still don't see anything out of the ordinary.

 

Visually, yes it does. But it cannot be triggered. The first use of this in a level was by @vince in his very first level called Rebels published 25 July 2016. Here's the revised version: Rebels v2.

 

Sorry, that's incorrect or at least incomplete. The top of the win block is the only part that can be activated. If the win block is rotated, then that side that was originally on top is still the only side that can be triggered. This holds true whether that side ends up pointing down (as in Rebels v2 or your example above) or sideways (as in @richardfu_'s Limbo).
