More Research: Star Pass

 

It's interesting that R keeps pushing even after stepping past the space where the star would have been.

 

Actually without stars, R can still push but it takes a long time.

 

I thought maybe R would slow down to normal pushing speed after moving past the star.

Here is the mechanism used in Cube Wave. It's basically a couple of R tricks. (R freeze teleport + R auto-lift)
