Distance Problem

It seems impossible, but in fact not if a trick is used.

That certainly exercised the brain cells.

I explain this level. Although the number of balls and the distances between them are correct, it's not difficult to prove that it's still impossible to shoot all 16 bots down directly with 16 balls. However, the draggables can change the distances between bots if used properly, and that's how to complete this level.
I put my way to succeed down. Of course, you can have other ways.
Number bots with 1 to 16 and pairs of balls with 1 to 8 according to their orders.
      1.Ball pair 1 shoots bot 1,5.
      2.Ball pair 2 shoots bot 7,10.
      3.Ball pair 3 shoots bot 4,6.
4.(The most important and difficult step.) When bot 16 walks next to one of the draggables of ball pair 1, click on the draggable and move it slightly to make bot 16 stop walking until the distance between bot 15 and 16 is 5 squares, then release the draggable.
      5.Ball pair 4 shoots bot 11,14.
      6.Ball pair 7 shoots bot 2,3.
      7.Ball pair 6 shoots bot 8,9.
      8.Ball pair 5 shoots bot 15,16.
      9.Ball pair 8 shoots bot 12,13.
Now B can go to the win block.

@oiiiriei…i thought that i had cheated but i see i had the designed gameplay!

      @ridgerunner :thumbsup:
I begin to feel sorry for anyone who spent a lot of time trying to complete it without tricks... I could have told this earlier.

@oiiiriei… I thought about using maths to help find a solution but my skills are too rusty. My gameplay was similar to the Spoiler and although i also only influenced one bot, it was done later in the gameplay.

@oiiiriei don't worry about this. I spent a lot of time trying to find the solution but I am enjoying cause I like challenging levels & I know that if the solution is logical I will find it... sooner or later :sneaky::rolleyes:

@ridgerunner Since you have talked about maths, I put down the way to prove that shooting all bots down directly is impossible for reference (and for anyone who is confused).
Number bots with 1 to 16 and pairs of balls with 1 to 8 according to their orders. If no trick is used, ball pair 2,4,6,7,8 all shoot 1 odd number bot and 1 even number bot, so odd number bots and even number bots shot by these 5 ball pairs are always the same. However, ball pair 1,3,5 all shoot either 2 odd number bots or 2 even number bots, so these 3 ball pairs can't shoot the same odd number bots and even number bots. Therefore, shooting the same odd number bots and even number bots with all 8 ball pairs is impossible, which explains why you can't shoot 8 odd number bots and 8 even number bots directly.
