Yes, just recently there was a level with exactly the same idea from @Kanchan yadav http://mekoramaforum.com/media/tower-transfer.32795/. This level was made a long time ago, so I didn't borrow the idea from another author. But he published it faster than me, and I liked his level better than mine! So I considered deleting it. But then I decided to keep it as another version of this classic idea.

Yes, easier than @Kanchan yadav 's level but still a nice logic level with a sober design. спасибо @Denis Nazin
