Two completely independent puzzles:
- one for R
- the second for B.

IMPORTANT! OF THE 4 BALLS FOR R, ONLY 3 BALLS HAVE STARS!! THEY ARE MARKED WITH RED BRICKS FOR CONVENIENCE!!

Delightful combo level. My gameplay was the same although i did the lower section first.

I tried moving B first and for three goes R pushed all the balls without me doing anything! (The first time I played, it took me ages to direct him to each ball.) Alas you only get one star if R is left alone and cannot finish the game.

I had to watch the video to see exactly how to position B.

@Chris Hester Yes, that's right, you can't leave R unattended!! In that case, you won't have enough stars to win!
You either need to start with the top puzzle and solve the R puzzle first, and then move on to the B puzzle. Or there is a second option - fix R in a position where it can't push the balls.
