THE WAY

That was one long way to get one ball. I tried it both ways and B doesn't need to come all the way back to the start to go the the win.

Spoiler: Little Shortcut

B only needs to come back to the rotor at the bottom of the stairs by the rotating device but on the other side. With B on the rotor, swing rotor down and B falls outside on the path to the end.
