Presuming i have the correct gameplay, this is a fiendishly difficult level.
It is very difficult to move the tulip to the brick building without it falling over. Then once that is accomplished the ascending/descending cylinder gets jammed above the tulip preventing a transfer of B so to try to get B to fall first ? However i did like all the early moves to get B down to the lower L-shaped section of the two level draggable. However the difficulty of moving the tulip puts me off trying again..

Gave it another shot and managed to move the tulip in one go. The finish was quite clever and not as awkward as first thought.

Thanks, RR. And thanks for the rating. I need to figure out how to post the spoilers so I can show the steps in some levels. But I think you figured it all out on your own. ;)

move tulip into brick building. Position B in rotator, ready to move in hover mode. Raise tulip with cylinder and as tulip is ascending, bring B out in hover mode to sneak into the tulip as it continues to raise up against the ceiling of the brick tower.

@Kono ..”win”. That is not how i won.
with B on lower part of draggable platform and with cylinder rising , perform a late tap on the cylinder so that B cant get on top of it. Cylinder is not at maximum height so is stuck and B is trying to get onto cylinder. Then move tulip into hole left by cylinder. Pull two part draggable back allowing cylinder to rise and B to fall into tulip

      Clever. Nice alternate win.

I might like your solution better, which would mean eliminating the rotator on the side of brick tower.

@Kono . I never looked at the inner aspect of the rotator so never saw the potential use of the rotator . Nicely hidden.
