Started off very simple but had to work out the last few moves

A dropped a star for the spinning ball? You say "What?". After B dropped the ball, the ball spun in place as P walked over it. You know that R gets unstable if walking over a moving item and even if the ball is moving slowly, it's a problem. The fix 'place a wedge under the ball' it stops quickly and Rs will never be unstable.

Is this the ending?

B mounts P on the ball side and they use the slider (not the spinner) to get across.

Good puzzle. Initially, I thought that the stack of P and B would not be high enough but it seemed the only option to get B to the win.
