I'm coming at this level with likely much extra experience (than what may have existed in early July). Still, I think this is a nice little level to quickly play and a great level for new people to learn from.
I like how you've asked the player to complete the trick twice in two different contexts: Once to miss the zapper bot and fall, and the second to actually pass over an empty space without falling.
The physics that are being exploited to complete this level are based on the path completion exploit. Since the top of the zapper bot's head is a legal spot on which to tap to send B to, all you have to do is place B far enough away before you tap such that the zapper bot moves out of position (and far enough away not to zap B) before B reaches the spot.

In the first instance, you should tap the zapper bot's head when he is by the stair block beside and below the win block. It does not matter whether the zapper bot is turning or not, just matters that B is far enough away when you tap the zapper bot's head. If done right, B will run to the spot beyond the stairs, and because the zapper bot is no longer there, B will fall into the water just beyond that spot.

In the second instance, you actually want to tap on the final grass patch, stair block, or win block when the zapper bot is climbing his first stair block. In other words, when the zapper bot is in effect completing a path between two grass blocks with his head. If B is already in the water and thus could essentially get to the win block by using the zapper bot's head (ignoring the zapper part), then tapping by the win to send B there will work. B's autopilot algorithm - set at the time of the tap - will be completed as if the path was still completed.
      Magic! ;)
