Push Slowly v.1

B is all alone and must drop the balls and push the mechanism into place in order to win. A few common tricks are used. I've included a recovery card for the last part so you can restart without dropping the first six balls.

Push Slowly v.1

This is a repost as @ridgerunner found a shortcut plus the mechanism wouldn't move for him. The mechanism has been reworked and the ending game play is different than the last.

      - auto pilot (tap and move slider to redirect B)
      - stairs side step (with B on the stairs, tap behind B and then to the side)
      - springboard stairs (with B on the stairs, tap behind B and then in front of B)
      - low ceiling (B acts strangely with a low ceiling and may travel over blocks that B can't normally do)
      - cancel tap (tap some place on the level where B can't go to stop the move)
      - ball order is important
      - there are enough balls to win the level
      - push the balls slowly so the mechanism can fall right
      - one ball is used twice
      - this card starts you off with the first six balls dropped

—This one is better. I used the recovery card to resume with my progress as the first section of the level hasn't changed much.

The well-engineered level design takes several configurations as the player progresses. It's interesting that it was only achieved using simple and basic components.

I like the added ball-activated sliding budgeable.

I would have classed this a different level rather than version as it is so different. Both worth 5*. The first ending was more clever and risky with the budgeable needing to fall and be held to a 45 degree and I preferred that version. My win for second version almost identical but i used a soft enhanced SBS that avoids the risk of knocking the ball in the wrong direction.

@ridgerunner - I agree with the soft SBS and ball but you know, I like to do it wrong sometimes to show that even that way one can recover without a restart. Thanks for playing again.

Nice mechanism that requires a lot of balls :rotf:. It reminded me of @laurence.gr 's level called "Carved Hill".

I encountered some problems where the ball gets bumped by the stair block and it doesn't proceed to its desired position. The same ball can be rendered useless if you perform autopilot from the two-blocked slider to the other side. The SBS-autopilot stairs will also be rendered useless.

The ball that will allow B to perform claustrophobia sometimes stops at the spot before its desired position. I've encountered this problem in your intended solution and in my solution.

Other than the problems that I have encountered and the alternative gameplay, I've enjoyed this level so much!

I also like the bump for the ball that's on top of the stone block. The move may be slow but it's soooo smooth!

Thanks for sharing this level, @Meko Guy !

      Really enjoyed that
was stuck for a bit because I hadn’t noticed the draggable under the top ball.

@PerryEk - Thanks for playing, commenting and rating. That ball is the key to the entire level.

@BangTe - The recovery card allows you to continue figuring out how to win without repeating the first part over and over.

I'm having problems with the spinning ball.@ Meko Guy, It won't release itself, it just keeps on spinning . Even on the recovery card it's doing the same. Is there something I can do to make the ball spin out.
    • Meko Guy
@shaun Roberts - Which ball? The second last one? If so, pull or drag from a different angle. The ball will spin differently based on the orientation.
