Prison Escape V

Ok i know this sounds stupid lol....but can you give me a hint gow to get out in the beginning? I see the hidden draggable thats hooked to the rail and it disappears but I still cant get out...?

I have liked all the prison escapes. This one looked good except for the getaway car or was it meant to be something else?

wasnt too sure of the purpose of the high ball near the water. Could still win without it falling.

Really enjoyed, will have to go back and get the others
