Potent Eyes

Nice use of the first exploit: it is very easy to discover and should allow for many people to learn and enjoy. The one with the eyes though is more of a bug. It does not work consistently (at least for me). Thanks for sharing!

@Scare Crow sure: the one to cross the zapper bot. That's an exploit because it's something that is not expected, but works every time. The effect with the eye is a bug, because it's something that is not expected and only happens some of the time.

Spoiler: An eye to the future

The particular bug that sometimes works in this level is to place B on the far side of the eye and then bring the slider down on the eye very quickly. Most of the time B will be jolted away from the eye and slider - and in this case potentially enough to cross a gap onto the next platform.

Note that I didn't rate this level because I think that the inconsistencies of the bug make it not worth playing again. That being said, it is a nice demonstration of an interesting effect. I hope this helped.
