How do you even solve this?

@Don Nichols you slide that one thing over in the corner then open up the exit, drop draggable block on the target

No but you can open the exit but first turn on free camera and slowly drop a draggable

Solution for Pipes Industry:
1) If you look good, there is a big door locked, behind you have a thing that you have to push and the door will be unlocked, there is the end block on the door.
2) on this photo there is a block that permit to push a ball to unlock the hole:

Now you unlocked the hole:

You don't have to go in the hole but on the cylinder:

To do this trick, you have to touch the block of grass when the cylinder is going to the hole:

Next, when you are on it go here:

Push the character with the block at the right into the hole down:

And for the rest you have to unlock the door, and it's simple after.
