1. B must move quickly at the beginning. The trick used is fast tap: B on the ball, tap the stair then tap the stone quickly
2. There a rather hidden draggable move to hold the ball/get the star by the zapper which is in the underwater area

Loved the header although it took a while to discover the point of it.

Thanks for the first hint that I don't have idea to start. Quite a long adventure after that and we need to plan out everything to get all stars. Always liked your lv with some cool R move. Thanks for sharing.
