Old Ruins Jaunt

No tricks are required. The level is full size as I wanted lots of room for you to see all the areas. In other words, the original version was much tighter/closer together. See first comment for details about Recovery Cards and why this is reposted

This is a repost as @ridgerunner found a shortcut and also found an issue at the end. Both fixed.

Since this level is large, I’ve added three recovery cards so you can practice or carry on without needing to restart from scratch if you screw up

There are three gates. Gates have stone pillar walls with a fence on top and a dirt base

This is the First Gate – B should have dropped two balls by now

This is the Second Gate – B should have dropped three more balls or two balls not dropped

      This is the Third Gate

Very enjoyable logic level and gameplay more clear cut now that shortcut gone and level plays more reliably and the finish now looks better and works well.

@ridgerunner - My induced shortcut happened when I enlarged the level, basically took the 4 corners and moved them to the 16 x 16 matrix and then filled in the gaps. Of course, small things get tweaked here and there when that happens and I removed one block to many allowing for the back track. Glad the ending works better and thank again for playing, commenting and rating.

Thanks for the recovery cards. There are parts of the level that I like and the ball that looks dangerous fell well every time. Nice switch over at the ending. Liked that too. I found it easier to play the level backwards, in other words, I played your recovery card 3 first.

@mastersifu - If that works for you then I don't care. Since I really hate restarting after a certain point then I have no problem providing Recovery Cards to help out especially in big or longer levels. This level was basically four mini levels in one with some joining ball work so the level had flow. Thanks for P, C and R.

This one is most challenging level of yours I ever seen. I have the card. I will keep trying my best meanwhile I will play your other cards.

@Pratik Bhalerao - First thanks for playing and commenting. Wow - 'Most challenging' - since I have provided Recovery Cards, I suggest to download them as well as the posted card. Don't think about the entire level but each section. In other words, play until you reach the first Recovery Gate. With section one worked out, move onto the 2nd section, etc. After you reach the end and have 98% of the card figured out, you can play the full card with the ball interaction. Using the Recovery Cards prevents you from repeating the first portions over and over (wasting time) as you try/learn/figure out stuff. Imagine your reward at the end with this 'most challenging' card.

You have got the point with recovery cards.

      Will follow it...

I didn't have much time because of work, but finally I solved this level. Good logic level. Sometimes the first high ball that we need to push didn't go in the right place, so I had to restart the level. However, thanks for sharing! :)

@grumpyowl - The first high ball didn't have any guide rails but B can hit that ball straight on so I'm surprised that yours missed! I would have added guides if mine even came close to missing and as you'll see in the video, I made no attempt to align B for the hit. Glad you got thru it and were successful. Did you use the recovery cards?

My B got overexcited and dropped all the balls on the top level at the first go. Had to peek at the vs to see the correct way. The rest of it was fairly intuitive and very enjoyable with crisp moves and I liked the corner Tower very much:cool:
