The balls didn't rest well for R to walk over and R fell off the path every time - it gets annoying. I've made many levels and I always place a wedge under a ball that R must walk over so the level is stable. The balls also didn't make their spot a few times showing more instability. Did you know that B can win too? That is how I won (no race required) and B doesn't mind if the balls are off center a bit (unlike R).

I'm with @Meko Guy on this one - the balls should come to rest on wedges, otherwise they'll continue to spin, and R will become unstable. The ball paths also need a little work. This is a 3 star level as far as gameplay, but as with @delator77 I'll throw in an extra star for encouragement.

@Meko Guy Hmmm... I assumed it was supposed to be a B win, so I just let R get trapped by the upside down stairs. Nice easy stroll for B from there.
