Is this even winnable?

Ball just makes no way for B to move forward.

It's true that there is many many random in your level. In reason of the fall of the balls, every try is different, which might be interesting. But it is veeery long before a situation is good enough to reach the last stair ?! Even there it's veeery complicated and hazardous to fall on the win block. I never did though I tried maaany times.
I suggest that you try your own level several times before you send a second one

Tip: in the end, dont stand on the last block but on the one before that, you will get dropped on the star

First of all, welcome to the forum!!
I see that this level could potentially winnable. But as you mentioned that this level wasn't made to be easy, that means for other players like me, this is a challenge. But I think you made it far difficult. As far as I experienced:
• The balls could potentially disrupt R Zappers and L Zapper. But that's actually random and luck based,
• The drop of B to the win block in the end, doesn't seem likely as your way. I did as what you said, but B fell into the sand surface instead of into win block.
Still figuring out to the win. But until then, my advice for you is to not making a "hard" level hard

Avoiding the Zappers a bit challenging with buildings that was not too complicated at this game.
