Yes, well done - that's right. I had to choose - to create an illusion on the avatar or directly on the level itself. Of course, I chose to do it at the very level.
But there is a second reason!: When a real win block appears, there is a second joke. The blocks look the same and you need to choose in what order to take them. If there were no stars, it would be obvious

Sad news, the joke didn't land on me.

I knew there is hidden drag block when I swiped screen randomly. And I agree with @EL797 about two stars when the game paused

But
