For me this level is much more interesting than your first level!

Just about right for a beginner level. Maybe a little more challenge next time? But don't rely on zappers; abundant zappers are a failing with new creators. I say that as a long time player, rather than as a level creator myself, so that might compromise my advice.
Did you intend to name it Floating City, rather than Flouting? Floating makes more sense.
