Flooding Hoodoo

The rain came in at the hoodoo flood plains, and L ended up getting stuck on one of the rock formations. A few tricks and some timing is needed.

      R/L autopilot off of stairs
      Claustrophobia
      Autopilot

      B needs to move immediately
Note the semi-hidden stairs controlled by the slider near the start
When freeing L, keep R on your head the first time

@Makl - Great level - as you know I'm not a fan of hidden and although it wasn't hidden it was deceptive and fooled me for some time. When I noticed R walking in a new place I said "What?" and that opened the door to get going. The L release sequence did take a few restarts to get it right and after that it was clear sailing to the last trick move. I tried it in two other places and then spotted the stable way. Thanks for sharing.

@Meko Guy is there a way to get rid of a shadow on something like that? I was quite aware of how sneaky the steps may have been.

I've lately gotten into the habit of playing around with sliders in levels before even attempting them. Sometimes it helps piece together some confusing parts in levels, and it makes me feel okay if there may have been something that causes a reset.

**Edit** the problem with L was that sometimes he wouldn't "pop out" from where he was stuck. I tried to mitigate the issue using stairs, but it wasn't as effective as I would have liked.

@Makl - I don't know of a way to change the shading as that is built into the app.

The L issue isn't new. I've used the move many times. If L or R goes into the wedge and leaves right away then L backs up and therefore reenters the wedge. If L or R spends some time held by the wedge, then they will turn before stepping backwards.

Great level but, respecting the tricks you used, my way was very different... but as my way is not a shortcut, I don't think it's worth making a video... thanks for sharing @Makl

@delator77 curious curious! Were the differences just...trouble getting R and L in position? I actually had to practice this level several times to make a good walkthrough.

@Makl buff, it's hard to explain with words and the video would be long and I don't have much memory space... but as a curiosity I can tell you that I used that route of return stairs that you put for R and L, with L on top of B taking advantage of the low ceiling effect :D and honestly one of the balls (I think the last one, the one that can only be pushed by R or L) I didn't need it... I'll still have to delete things to free up space...

Oh, you mean I accidentally did what I've been trying to reproduce on a different level? And it resulted in making a whole step of my puzzle unnecessary? That's actually FRUSTRATING.

BUT, B can just walk over the pillar at the end of the stair return path after L knocks over the ball that give R access to the ball on the rail inside of the ~sneaky rock~ so it doesn't actually subtract from a possibility I had already intended on I suppose.

@Makl I had to lower the quality of the video so that it takes up less space and so you can see my solution... when I completed the level I didn't realize it but after recording my solution it's clear that it's a shortcut... uuuhhmmm, but how i respected the tricks you said i'm satisfied... let's say it's an alternative solution... What do you think, my friend?

@delator77 that almost seems more difficult than what I intended, as it depends more on your own speed and timing rather than the logic puzzle resulting in R covering the last trap, but it's a very cool manipulation of my level. I'm not going to complain about it. I won't change it.

Very tricky bot timing in the first part of this video made for many restarts and a peek at the video solution. The rest was lots of fun and B enjoyed his ride on Lefty:thumbsup:
