So you have only to take the lift... Of course, as Meko said, Free Camera is needed.

@meko I didn't specified to activate the Free Camera, since I simply consider that function a prerequisite to fully desing, build and play the levels. But, maybe for newbies it could be useful higlighting it. Thanks.

Jumping wasn't the problem, I only needed to take the lift as Mark69 said. It was really hidden, in de obscured way.

Liked the ellipse, though that shape itself was not functional.

@Block builder The ellipse (or the elliptical movement the pillar describes) is what hallmarks this level, and this is the reason of its name. I don't think that all the elements contained in a level have to be functional for the solution. Sometimes they simply are more or less striking component beside the path that leads to the goal, becoming part of scenary, concurring also at the atmosphere of the game.

Certainly, scenery and stuff adds to a level.
