She meant that she cannot scan successfully the QR Code. It's not your fault.
Copy-Paste from another or your level :
Unfortunately it happens sometimes that even if a card is an original one the QR Code isn't readable because it is rendered too small on the frame.

From the player side, what can be done to read it is:

1. Downloading the original picture
2. Visualize it on your equipement
3. Zoom into the QR code
4. Take a screenshot with the QR Code in fullscreen
5. Rescan your screenshot
