if you re having trouble with the qr code just get another device and take a screenshot on the qr code..much better if you zoom in

      Unfortunately it happens sometimes that even if a card is an original one the QR Code isn't readable because it is rendered too small on the frame.

      From the player side, what can be done to read it is:
      1. Downloading the original picture
      2. Visualize it on your equipement
      3. Zoom into the QR code
      4. Take a screenshot with the QR Code in fullscreen
      5. Rescan your screenshot
