Aztec Island Demonstration

Here is a demonstration of how the ghost block is setup. This is my initial testing version of Aztec Island.

I added another copy of the mechanism separately so you can see it clearly. You need to have metal blocks with either a motor or slider attached. I used a fence piece here to prevent the slider from moving the whole thing. To this attach another motor and make a rotating arm off of it with more metal blocks. Extend the first metal column with more metal so that it and the rotating arm will intersect. Tada!

      Great mechanism showcase!

      Thanks for sharing the mechanism!

Strangely. This one is more like a level:D
    • B Hill
@TR O You like small levels?
    • TR O
@B Hill I mean... compare to the other Aztec Island, the placement of the win in this one feels like needs some effort to get to and also some how I manage to get B on the back, the smaller one:eek:. It just feels like it seems to be a tricky level....hmm i don know. In fact, I personally like some complex level, as
      I'm a complex person:D
. Kinda into more big levels, but small is ok too.=)
    • Sunny Sunset
@B Hill I love small levels. A lot of these are just too complex to even bother starting.

I am sorry, but I cannot follow your description at all. There is nothing attached to the stone blocks. Only to the wooden ones. I am truly not following the mechanism description, nor how it can be used on http://mekoramaforum.com/media/bug-report-passing-through.3619/#comment-9143 which I am trying to figure out how to copy.

The motor on that one is on a woodblock as well, not a stone one
    • B Hill
@Sunny Sunset Hmm yes looks like we are calling the blocks different things. I thought the brown ones were stone, but you call them wood. Is there a guide on what each block should be called?
    • B Hill
@Sunny Sunset I updated my description to correctly describe the brown blocks as metal. That is what they are called in Mekorama. The grey ones are stone. I guess I never really paid attention to their descriptions in Mekorama I was having too much fun!
    • Sunny Sunset
@B Hill Thank you for the clarification. I've got it all figured out now!

I, too, never noticed what the parts were called. The gray ones always looked like stone to me, and the brown ones look like wood. I guess the brown ones must be RUSTED metal. ;)

@Sunny Sunset Looking closer at the blocks I do see rivets now. Maybe they are copper, or rose gold.
