      @meko I cannot seem to duplicate this effect, not even by duplicating your level first

      Does the facing direction of the bot matter?
      What type of block is he standing on? The platform wants to move immediately because of the motor.
      Is the base hollow inside or filled with a different kind of block?
      Is the water important? On yours, smoke appears immediately, on mine, it never does.
      I see angle stones...are they necessary?

      How, exactly, is this effect accomplished in the build?

      @Sunny Sunset It does look like fog, but there's water in there causing the ripples (you can see it from the stairs at the back). EDIT: Just saw your next post. You'll need water if you want that effect.

      Does your mechanism pass through itself? That's the first step. What do you mean by "the platform wants to move immediately because of the motor"?

      @Frenzies no, my mechanism does not pass through itself, even though it is an exact copy of Meko's level

      My water makes no fog ripples at all

      Meko's level works on my iPad, but MY recreation of it fails. This leads me to believe something is hidden.

      Ok,now i will explain you how to do this step by step.

      First you have to put a spider everywhere.
      Connect it with a free draggable.
      Put some brown blocks near the free draggable randomly.
      After you have to put a motor on a brown block.
      Put a free draggable connected to the motor.
      Now put brown blocks randomly on the motor and voilà,he can pass trought a brown block.

      WARNING: A block of a motor can't pass thought another block of a motor connected at the same slider and a brown block connected to another slider

      I'll go hunt down a few spiders (I think I remember seeing some in the bathroom) and I'll put them everywhere (as an appeasement to the Bug Gods, right?)

      I will take screenshots of the discussion of my copy of yours, and then delete my obviously flawed imitation. ;)

      @trids a spider is an 8-Legged arachnid commonly missidentified as an insect....

      On the other hand, calling it a "bug" might be more appropriate to the level… Even though that would be wrong, too.

      Then again, it's the slider that causes the bug, not the spider.
