Rise

It seemed too complicated so I took a shortcut:

Raise the lift with the two sliders to the top such that the top R will walk into the right slider and thus fall down to the ground. Then simply manipulate the bottom two sliders to time the R bots to interfere with their path such that one goes to the win.

P.S. You could try using the title description as a story to help us understand the object of the level or set a tone for a richer experience. "Rise like the sun" unfortunately didn't make much sense to me, particularly when the win is at the bottom. Sorry.

Nope, did not see a yellow B bot. I can also consistently repeat the shortcut.

The level sure does look interesting! Some rails in the vertical slider could easily fix the opportunity for the top R bot to fall down. Cheers.
