I thought using wedges on the pool already disabled the inertia trick... I also found that there is a way to get it hovering so that it can fly into the pool, so there is more than one solution. However the shortcut trick is the most stable one.

Totally stuck... . Still trying...

I will spend some more time before reading spoilers... but now I was resting from this level, playing some from you.

I already flied over the fence. Now I am fighting with R and the punching bag. Don't know yet how to fall in any of both pools so still trying things....

Funny level ! Had no idea they like playing in the pool =D

and yeah... I guess i also punch the bag and R lost one of his leg drop down near the win, and once B flip over the fence land safely.......not sure intended or not..

and nice setup too

I can't figure where to apply the short cut trick in this level......

@nGord Thanks! Now I think having more than one solution is ok in this level, because that trick I mentioned can be really hard to figure out.

Stand at the corner between the house and the empty pool. When R comes toward the pool, tap the other side of the pool and let R stop you, then you will jump into the pool.
