I gave your level a go and this is similar to your other 2 levels with the spinning balls... Again, you had lots of red herrings like the ball that didn't seem to do anything and zappers where B can't even get? B got on P three times but since there was no way to control P, B got knocked off at the windmill every time. Was there another way?

Same experience as @gmacpro ... am I missing something?
