      This is a level 19 from the main game. The original version is multi-device friendly because the pillars can be moved by touching draggable blocks.. This one is not playable on older devices, because there are hidden draggable blocks that can not be touched. All levels should be accessible by all currently available devices. Swap the brown blocks for draggables, and it will be playable on all devices. Mine is not the only one that can't handle this .

      I can confirm that it is in fact playable with different twists compared to the official one. Draggables are now attached on the side surfaces surrounding the whole structure. Once you get the R-bot at the central spot, you can maneuver the central draggable in tandem with the one at the bottom. The B-bot also plays a role in solving the card, unlike the original one.

      I crushed b-bot to the finish :/

      @cpw not all draggable's are available to be directly touched.

      @Sunny Sunset Dinging a level stars because it doesn't support older or current "budget" devices is unfair. Most people don't have multiple devices (and multiple OSes) to test on. There will likely be cases where levels which exploit certain fringe physics "bugs" may break when running Mekorama on the newest, fastest devices because the frame rate is so high (i.e. the collision detection and handling is much more accurate).

      @Sunny Sunset Try turning on Free Camera. Some of them seem to be activated more easily if you view them at 0 or 90 degrees, not the usual 45 degrees ;) I'll admit that it did take some time for me to find the best angle to trigger two of them in a sequence.

      not all of those brown blocks need to be moved - two out of the three surrounding the central circle are immovable but the R-bot would still turn into the centre if you use the other blocks right.

      I've had Free Camera turned on for months. That should be the default setting out of the box.

      @Sunny Sunset While Apple only releases a handful of devices a year, there are literally hundreds of new Android devices that hit the market every year. There are around Android 400 device manufactures, let alone devices. Many of these are the budget category and/or in foreign markets so you don't hear much about them, but they exist. Most of these devices have much lower specs than the high end flagship models.

      I'm not convinced that your issues have to do with the age of your device. It could be an iOS vs. Android difference that you're seeing. It really comes down to what built-in libraries are being used (which can difffer per OS type and version), how many processors are being used, how much of the computes the graphics processor can offload from the main CPU's, and many more variables. I know for a fact that the Android and iOS floating point number libraries don't come up the same numbers.

      Keep in mind that if a level gets a single 1 start rating that it will generally get pushed way down on the "Highest Rated" list. http://mekoramaforum.com/media/?order=rating_avg

      So while you think you're just stating your opinion, giving a 1 star effectively buries a level on the search lists, and that can be unfair, especially if the level is actually very good for the devices which can play it correctly. What if Martin makes an improvement to the Mekorama physics engine that makes all the levels that you 1 starred for physics issues work properly. Are you going to re-review all those levels again?

      @Sunny Sunset
      Is that a problem with these levels or with the physics engine of Mekorama?

      Out of curiosity I just downloaded Mekorama on my 6-year old iPod touch 4th generation, and played this level. I solved it without any issue and didn't even turn on Free Camera (yes -- there were some minor frame rate drop as I rotate the camera, but the mechanics are totally fine). Totally didn't expect it to be still playable, so what more can I ask for? @Martin Magni ;)

      Just tried to install it on my iPhone 3GS, but it wants iOS 6… And my phone isn't capable of that one. ;(

      @cpw yup... it can b done with the available boxes
    • Anmol
