I solved your puzzle, but regrettably I too am not able to see any correlation between the code and any indicators in the level. I have thus moved this level from the "logic" to the "guess" category.

Why the left two draggables on the visible side from the start are able to be slid into the housing while the others are not. It doesn't appear that there is any need for them to do so and thus just creates confusion in my opinion.

Given my preceding two comments, this level to me boils down to a binary guessing game. I do appreciate your effort in making it a bit attractive with the water and eye features. Also I want to stress how grateful I am that you chose to share your creativity with us! Everyone knows how much of a disaster my two levels have turned out to be. Thus I want to wish you encouragement to try out sharing another with us. Thanks!

Holy! I pride myself on trying to stay current on the latest music, but this song like just came out! That's a reference that is next to impossible!!

Thanks @BioRenegat for noticing and sharing your discovery. I found the song on YouTube and quite liked it. I had to listen to it four times to see where I could find the clue - partly because I was distracted by other work and because I actually really enjoyed the tune.

Spoiler: The further problem

The actual problem was that I thought the opening lyrics were just random humming.

OK, so I've updated my rating as that was fairly sneaky and legit. I just can't find myself to give absolute full marks as: 1. I think a player should be able to figure out the puzzle from within the level and level card, and 2. There were still issues with some of the sliders.

Oh well, thanks for the twist and thanks for introducing me to a cool song!

P.S. I'm leaving the level in "Guess/Random" because even though it does require Logic, it is going to be a bit random for pretty much everyone on the forum.

Oh, and I added the tag "code" to the level so those that love code type levels can find it when using the tag cloud filter.
