That was complex! I'll try to describe my solution.
      1. Create a pile of B-pillar-zapper, use other zapper to block the zapper, so that it freezes.
      2. Get that helper zapper to walk over the pile. Use the other pillar to let him make a left turn.
      3. Get that helper pillar down.
      4. Release the frozen zapper and keep him somewhere not on the ground.
      5. Guide the helper pillar with a small draggable and B to freeze where the ball should land. The pillar from the pile will fall from B and freeze to become useless.
      6. Move the zapper that you kept somewhere to the alley below the roof and freeze him with a small draggable at the end. When the other zapper has walked over him, unfreeze him and the highest zapper will push the ball.
      7. Walk with B over the ball and stand him next to the win.
      8. Freeze the zapper in the alley below the roof again. Unfreeze him when the other zapper steps on him. The zapper will fall, then you have two zappers in the alley.
      9. Get one zapper on the lift, blocked by the other, and sent him on the path towards the win over the ball and B.
      As intended?

@Block builder - I read and reread your solution and I'm thinking it's not the intended way but very close. Did you watch the movie in Caption? Thanks for commenting and rating.

@gmacpro Yeah I did later. Overall the same approach but details are different. One slightly bigger thing is that you used a pillar rather then a zapper under the fence on top. With me, pillar did not sufficiently step under it.
