      Excellent! Really satisfying after being vexing. :) Eventually, the ball order & the purpose of the game elements all make perfect sense. Classic Star Penguin misdirection where the most obvious moves are often not quite right.

      To anyone grappling with this, like many such levels you probably want to start out by just trying a bunch of things to get a feel for how everything works. Then you have to start thinking, potentially from different angles. If you get stuck, here's my unofficial solution video, and you can watch just enough to get unstuck.
