If @Star Penguin 's Four Balls level was described as "a simple matter of pushing the balls in the right order" (somewhat of an understatement, of course), this level might be described as "a simple matter of pushing the balls in the right order, and moving the draggables in the right order, and visiting parts of the level in the right order, keeping in mind B vs R walking behaviors." So it requires dogged persistence and no small amount of time to figure out how everything works and put it all together. But it is a triumphant feeling when you succeed.

Due to the "putting everything together" nature of this level, it can be hard figuring out how to ask for help if you're stuck. So I hope this video walkthrough is helpful to someone.
